Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to announce that we will be closing Beauty Eternal, Eternal Wellness Spa, and Emily Hartmann, MD Surgical Practices, effective 11/06/23. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and it comes with deep sadness as we reflect on the wonderful community and relationships we have built over the years. We have faced many challenges together, but the circumstances we face now have regrettably made it impossible for us to continue our operations. We want to express our profound gratitude to all of you who have been a part of this chapter. Your trust, support, and loyalty have meant the world to us, and we have cherished every moment of serving you.

Medical Record Release Information: Patients needing assistance in locating another physician should contact their health insurer. Notice of practice closure will be sent out via mail along with a request for the release of medical records. Requests for records can be sent to PO Box 1182 Chico, CA 95927 or emailed to dremilychartmann@gmail.com.
