Reiki

This practice is intended to clear out negative energy, realign chakras and reduce stress. A non-invasive modality, your Reiki practitioner places their hands above the body, which allows for Reiki to be easily done on adults, children and the elderly.
Breath Work

This session involves your practitioner guiding you through a conscious breathing practice. During your service you will feel more centered, relieving you of old habits and thoughts that no longer service you.

A custom blend of essential oils hand-crafted for you, based on your specific needs, by your therapist. From relaxation, stress, sleeplessness, to heightened energy, aromatherapy is a powerful way to enhance your massage.
Crystal Healing
Specific crystals placed along chakra points clearing out negative energy and bringing a new sense of calm and positive energy flow.
Sound Healing
A practice using vibration to help align the mind, body and soul. Sound healing has been found to reduce anxiety, insomnia and lower stress levels.
